Legal Intern:
Assist the department with review and revision of existing contracts;
Sit in on negotiations and preparation of business agreements;
Assist the company in assessing and implementing solutions for managing contracting life-cycle, including possible migration of contracts;
Research areas of law as necessary for business needs of company.

2.1. SMM Specialist/ Copywriter Intern:
Support the department in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across channels
Oversee and manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube), planning and publishing conten
Support build out of creative content to be shared on social channel
Create engaging social media graphics
Assist with social media marketing ideas, and outreach on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and more;
Support development of digital content
Create and publish engaging content, stay up-to-date with trends and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
Write blogs for specific projects and / or services
Assist with the email marketing program;
Participate in digital team content brainstorms;
Research current market trends and explore new opportunities
